Everyone who contacts Othersvoice Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Othersvoice Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
